Art Fund: used to purchase new art and ritual objects.
Beverly Gilbert Scholarship Fund: endowed to subsidize Jewish educational experiences of TBT children under the age of 18 who are in need of financial assistance. Only the interest that accumulates in this fund is used.
Building Fund: used for capital expenditures and to meet mortgage and repair costs.
Cantor’s Discretionary Fund: used by the Cantor to add to the Temple's music library of books, records, tapes; and to offset costs of Temple music programs; and to support national Jewish music organizations and other charitable organizations.
Chesed Fund: makes possible "acts of loving kindness" (Chesed) on behalf of the congregation to members marking simchas or suffering losses by providing Shiva meals of condolence, cards for hospital staysm etc.
Educator’s Discretionary Fund: makes possible scholarships for students to continue their Jewish studies, attend Jewish ummer camps and participate in organized trips to Israel. The fund also provides special programs, enrichment activities, trips, guest speakers, equipment, materials and other items for the school, not included in its operating budget.
Landscaping Fund: for the beautification of Temple grounds.
Library Fund: to purchase books, magazines, newspapers, and AV materials for the Temple’s Avstreih Library.
Morton Troy Education Enrichment Fund: provides special programs in the religious school.
Music Fund: for new music, special musical programs, and the purchase of musical instruments as needed.
Oneg Fund: to provide Onegs and Kiddushes when individual families are not sponsoring them.
Operating Fund: to defray general Temple operating costs.
Prayerbook Fund: to purchase new prayer books, Torah Commentaries, and other ritual items. A minimum onation of $25 is required to have a prayer book inscribed "in honor of" or "in memory of". Lesser donations go into the fund undesignated.
Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund: for private assistance to members and non-members in need (including defraying Confirmation, youth group, and Adult Education tuition, as well as emergency living expenses), Temple membership in communal organizations, communal tzedakah in the name of the Temple, and the purchase of items for the Temple that the Rabbi deems appropriate.
Social Action Fund: used to support Temple activities on behalf of endangered Jewry, local and world-wide hunger, Holocaust studies, fighting anti-Semitism and racism, and other social communal concerns.
Youth Scholarship Fund: subsidizes tuition for Youth group events, including conclaves and Kutz Camp teen leadership training courses.
